Heritage Scholars 7th Annual Summer Program

Hello and welcome to the 7th Annual Heritage Scholars Summer Program Registration!

This program will include 2 days of creative and fun learning (July 23rd & July 30th) . If you would like your child to attend both days please fill out both forms, as each day is a separate form. 

Parents/Guardians will need to sign the Consent, Disclaimer, Waiver, and Photo Release forms at initial drop off. These forms can be emailed as a "docusign" form in advance, upon request.
